Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is just catching on in the UK; stores sell roses and boxes of chocolates and advertise for "Dinner for Two" meals, but it's really not a big holiday. That doesn't matter, though. Jeff and I had a simple Valentine's Day lunch at home yesterday. Jeff requested meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn for lunch. Plus, I made him a special treat... a Black Forest Cake.
