Ellen turned 7 months old today! The biggest developments over the last month have to do with her mouth. She babbles "Da-da-da-da" most of the time she tries to talk, but other combinations of vowels and consonents occasionally come out, such as "meeee" when she's tired and "ba-ba" when she's playing. Also, two little teeth have cut through her bottom gums only days apart.
She's beginning to prefer to be sitting up rather than laying down to play, but we alternate them so she can still explore both positions. Her daddy is such a funny guy and can make her laugh very often, especially at the table.
